Who we are

Tony Harrison's position as joint director in LSTC allows him to make "a difference" in the lives of the many people he reaches in his field of personal development. He is also the Chair of Governors to an independant school and trustee to a highly effective community group in London.

As a public speaker he has given presentations in both the UK and the USA. He is a skilled facilitator in his specialist subject areas of life skills and mentoring.

Paul Lawrence is the founder and principal consultant at LSTC. Paul is not only a qualified coach and trainer (CIPD), but he is an accomplished public speaker and trainer.

Paul's main focus within LSTC is on program development, advanced presentation skills, goal setting and coaching.

Paul designs and delivers all the programs offered by LSTC and is quickly becoming a much sought after public speaker not just in the field of life skills, but in more specialist areas such as Mentoring.

We believe this explains why 95% of our new clients come by recommendation and 80% of all our work is repeat business.

"In my profession I have to complete 16 hours of mandatory training every year in order to satisfy my professional body so I have attended a fair many courses in my time!

I described Paul's course as "excellent" and "professional". Why? It was structured well, the material was... See more professionally produced and well presented. The interaction with the group flowed well and that occurred because of the "character" and "experience" of both Paul and Tony Harrison. Two men who had a room full of women bar one man. They were gentle with their feedback and only provided helpful constructive criticism which each attendee was able to take away and work on. The group helped each other out and interacted very well.

I have a short attention span. But I found myself sat at the edge of my seat waiting to hear the next nugget of information. The first part of the programme was genius!

Many providers forget the importance of the "human touch" it becomes about numbers through the door and bums on seats. They forget to leave their ego at the door and rather than focussing on the quality of their brand and the satisfaction of the customer receiving the brand they focus on profit. Profit is the reason why providers are in business but unless your brand and the delivery of your brand is right you will fall down.
